Today's surprise

A Hummer belonging to President Bingu wa Mutharika's Presidential convoy lining up for fuel at Capital Hill's Total Filling Station from 12 pm to 05:29pm.

Apparently, the filling station has run out of fuel, and this is yet another indication that the fuel shortage currently facing Malawi has hit Mutharika's fuel tanks, too.
