In Mwanza with HIV-positive children

Yesterday, I went to Mwanza district and saw children, as young as three years old, living with HIV.
Their faces could tell, some of them, that they had 'something' within; in their blood system.
Their poarents told me they have been failing to tell the kids they are HIV-positive. Yet, they take ARVs. Ignorantly.
Thinking it is Panado or Aspirit.
The children never ask what it is. They are just obedient, taking it as it comes.
My heart bred, and breeds, for them.
Should I say it is time, that these innocent children have HIV?
It was so sad for me yesterday.
Perhaps one day, we shall have an HIV-free world.
