Dutch national drowns in Lake Malawi

A Dutch national, who was on his way to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup has drowned in the fresh waters of Lake Malawi in the Northern region.
Henk White, who in the company of three colleagues, was at the lake for recreation on Tuesday.

A police publicist Victor Khamisi confirmed the incident.

A post-mortem at Mzuzu Central Hospital, a major hospital in the Northern region, indicated that he died of suffocation.
